I will not sell and/or re-use my artwork as NFTs or in AI image generation, and do not consent to it being used in any such cases by any third party.

While I claim the copyright of the produced artwork as my own, any subjects belonging to clients (ex. clients’ original characters and content) or third parties (ex. fanart) will retain their original ownership.

Note that final prices might vary depending on various factors, among them: number of revisions, deadlines, complexity of the artwork, etc. Any price variation will be discussed and agreed upon before the completion of the commission so as to avoid any miscommunication.

DO's: Most subjects relevant - but not limited to - art found in my portfolio: fantasy, dark fantasy, sci-fi, daily life scenes etc. This point is not a rule of thumb and is very open to discussion, so feel free to ask about any of your ideas if you’re unsure. I am okay with slight NSFW, i.e. tasteful nudity, non-excessive lewdness, blood and gore. This point is also open to discussion.

DON'Ts: Any form of extreme NSFW. Original characters or content not belonging to you, unless with explicit consent from the original author.

A 4% surcharge will be issued on all payments for tax purposes.
WORK
PROCESS

Contact me via email (anan.so.ka@gmail.com) or on socials with your request and related info, we'll talk a bit until a clear idea for the commission is set. Don't be afraid of sending a lot of references, the more info I have the better I can work!

A 50% deposit is required before the start of the sketching phase. Smaller installments (max. 5) are also available for bigger projects. A 100% upfront payment is also an option.

In the initial sketching phase 2 to 3 rounds of revisions are available, after which I will move onto the rendering phase. Don't be afraid of throwing as much feedback my way as possible, the earlier I make changes the better!

After the sketch is approved, I move onto rendering. Minor adjustments are available during the rendering stage, as long as the requested changes are not drastic. Major changes or previously non-discussed small ones in the late stage of the painting will incur in extra fees.

You will receive a low-res image for approval once I'm done with rendering. If you're happy with the result I will send you all the final high-res files upon payment completion (if applicable).
